Hello Kitty Cell Phone Covers at Lonsdale Quay

I was at Lonsdale Quay (if you’re visiting Vancouver, just take the seabus from Waterfront Centre and you’re there) when I found a great little stand selling cell phone covers. Well, I happen to need one bad for my phone. I’m sure other mommies will understand how often one’s phone crashes to the ground when they’re playing with their kids.  Anyways…there’s a great little shop called Cell Spot Wireless and they had tons of Hello Kitty covers. Here are a few pics:

I think I saw at least 20 Hello Kitty covers for iPhones and iTouches. A really good variety if you’re looking for a Hello Kitty cell phone cover.

UPDATE Jan. 25, 2012: Sorry, they don’t have these particular cell phone covers anymore. The owner contacted me as it seems lots of people have been asking about them.

Can I buy Hello Kitty items direct from Japan?

I know it irks me sometimes when you can get really unique Hello Kitty products but only in Japan. But, it looks like someone has found a neat idea to fix that.  I just heard about FlutterScape.com.  It’s a shopping site where all the products are from sellers in Japan (just everyday people) who are proficient in English.

Here are a few items that caught my eye (if the link doesn’t work, the item is probably not listed anymore):

Hello Kitty iPod/iPhone Speaker Dock – I just think this is so slick and cute looking at the same time.

Hello Kitty Nori (Seaweed Snacks) – I love these!  My son and I are addicted to snacking on nori.  We always have some in the car!

Hello Kitty Smart Car

I found these Hello Kitty Smart Car designs and thought they were so adorable.  Admittedly, quite over the top but if you are a big Hello Kitty fan, it would probably put a big smile on your face as you drive around.  I think 99% of husbands would never drive your car if you owned it.  😉

Hello Kitty at MacDonald’s!

I always feel like I miss out when Hello Kitty is at MacDonald’s so for once, I actually caught it while it was there last Sunday. You can now get Sanrio watches! I took these pictures at the MacDonald’s in Vancouver at Main St. and Terminal St. (near Science World).

Hello Kitty x Toys R Us, Part 2

Here are the rest of the pictures from my trip to Seattle and visiting a nearby Toys R Us.  Lots of Hello Kitty cuteness there!

Hello Kitty x Toys R Us, Part 1

Here are the last 2 batches of Hello Kitty pictures I took on my trip to Seattle. I think this was toward Bellevue but I can’t remember.  Anyways, unlike in the Vancouver Toys R Us stores, at this one there is a whole one side of an aisle dedicated to Hello Kitty.  Plus, it’s way cheaper!

My favourite has to be the Hello Kitty slumber party kit.  Love it!
